How To Buy A Pistol or Rifle Online Federal firearms laws prevent the sale of a weapon from Impact directly to an individual in another state (we are located in Colorado). We must ship your firearm directly to an FFL Dealer near you. The steps to follow are:
To Order Handgun Ammo FAX or mail a copy of your ID, showing your age, and
a signed statement that reads "I am over 21 and there are no laws
prohibiting me from owning ammo." Rifle ammo can be shipped to the
billing address of the credit card without an AMMO statement. Please note the following:
Terms and Conditions 1. I am over 21. We will not ship firearms directly to you. They will be sent to your local FFL (Federal Firearms License) Dealer, who will then perform any background checks and paperwork required in your state/locality. We do not ship firearms to non-FFL holders. This is federal law. It is your responsibility to contact the FFL Dealer to make sure of their policies, procedures, and any applicable fees they might charge. Nearly all dealers will accept a transfer for you. They will perform all the required background checks and paperwork for your area, and charge a transfer fee of around $25.00 - $50.00. If we already have your dealer's license (FFL) on file, there is no need to resend it with each order. It is important to make sure that your name or order number is with the dealer's license so that we know to apply it to your order. AR15 rifles and other assault rifles are NOT legal for civilians in California. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All products must include the billing address on the credit card. Checks or Money Order : You can place an online order, and choose Personal check or money order as the payment option. We do not accept electronic check transfers (E-Check). Once your check is received and has cleared the bank, (10 days for personal check, 2 days for money orders) your product will be shipped. International Orders: We are currently unable to accept international orders. Returns - Accessories If you are not satisfied with your Accessory Product (other than exceptions such as firearms, electronic devices, optics etc.), you may return it within 10 days for a full refund, less shipping costs (and fees) and restocking fees (20% minimum restocking fee*). Item must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels and papers intact. You must have a 'Return Authorization Number' (RMA) before returning the item. Contact us by phone or email for an RMA- BEFORE YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT. Accessories include (but are not limited to): Holsters & Belts Knives Cleaning Supplies Firearm Add-Ons *Restocking fees: You may be charged for restocking fees if the item has been opened, if paper or instructions are missing, if the packaging has been damaged, if any parts are missing, if the product has been marked or scratched or has any signs of use. The minimum re-stock charge is 20% of the total, and may be more than 20% if warranted. Left Handed Items are special order items, and are not returnable. Left Handed Orders May Not Be Cancelled. Returns- Electronic Devices & Hearing Protectors Electronic Devices, Hearing Protectors, Lasers, Rangefinders, Lights and other electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer, and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds or returns are accepted. We only carry Electronic Devices that are covered under warranty by a reputable manufacturer. Please consult your owner?s manual for warranty information, or call us for instructions. New Firearm Issues New firearms are non-returnable. Manufacturer Warranty & Service: In some cases, it may be best to send your firearm directly to the manufacturer for repair or adjustment. Some manufacturers offer superior service and we may direct you in this regard, depending on the brand. Used Gun Purchase (Buy Back): At our discretion, we may offer to buy a firearm, at a price to be determined by Specialty Sports & Supply. Changes to Your Order We will attempt to help you with a change to your order before it ships. If request is e-mailed, please save a copy of our reply for future verification. Do not assume your email has been received or read unless your get a PERSONAL reply from a Service Agent. Price Changes All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will attempt to contact you if prices change, before we ship. This applies to all items, including special orders and backorders. Due to the special nature of some items, exact prices are not known until delivery is made to us. We reserve all rights of final pricing. Many items with a long leadtime may change in price over time, there is no guarantee that we will be able to ship at the ordered price if the manufacturer changes the price to us, although we do strive to keep your price the same. Shipping Errors Incorrect items: If a product is not the product that you ordered, Specialty Sports & Supply will either replace the product or give you a full refund if returned within 10 days of receipt. Specialty Sports & Supply cannot replace products that have been used, unless they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you will send these items directly to the manufacturer for replacement. Note: We do not accept refunds on scopes, binoculars, flashlights, software, DVD?s or hearing protectors. Special Order Items may not be returned. Canceling Your Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled if the item has not shipped (excluding items over $1000.00 or special orders. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged on these orders). All firearm purchases are final. We will not accept returns on any firearm. For defective or damaged firearms, please refer to the manufacturers warranty. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. We will send you an e-mail with your cancellation information. If you do not get a return confirmation from an Impact Service Agent, your order has not been cancelled! Contact us if you do not receive a reply to your request to cancel. We cannot cancel your order unless you contact us by phone. This is to ensure that your order has not already shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any return. Special Orders Special Order items require a 20% deposit. LEFT HAND OR CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE WE HAVE ACQUIRED YOUR ITEM. Special order deposits are charged immediately. If the order is cancelled on a special order item, then Specialty Sports & Supply will refund all deposited funds, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the item. Some items may require a deposit equal to the full value of the item, but these are notated. Special Order items are non-returnable, but in many cases are covered by the manufacturers warranty. LEFT HAND ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED. OPTICS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND. Shipping & Handling We are happy to offer several shipping options including Ground,
3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, etc. There are a few restrictions
on shipping however: We will normally ship to you within 2-3 days unless an item is out
of stock. You may call our Customer Service line for approximate lead
times. Please note that all leadtime are estimates. Please
also note that some items are unique, hard to obtain, or one-of-a-kind,
so Impact reserves the right to cancel your order should an item not
be available to ship. NOTE: We make every effort to get your order shipped as fast as possible. In some circumstances, especially during sales and after weekends, we may not get your order shipped in the time specified. Please rest assured that we will ship your item as soon as we can. |
